We are a Bedfordshire company who specialise in the sourcing and subsequent development of residential land for local charities, housing associations and local authorities where the need is to provide affordable housing for disadvantaged groups of community.

We are looking for sites ranging from a half an acre to around the two acre mark so if you have some land that might meet this initial requirement, we would love to talk with you and make an appointment to view the parcel of land you are offering.

This land could be a large garden plot (or plots), an end parcel in a street, a brown field/industrial site or even a small green field site where planning could be obtained. We would also consider a joint venture on land you own and want to develop.
